Zaha Hadid‘s work speaks for itself.

This Iraqi-born, London-based, Pritzker Prize-winning architect is one of the field’s leading theorists and lecturers, and has seen dozens of projects realized since founding her firm in 1980; keep reading to check out some of her best.

Nile Tower, Cairo, Egypt. Really want to see this one built, it’s kind of rare to see a skyscraper that can be nontraditional without being gimmicky.

Hadid and her studio are also known for work in exhibition and furniture design.

Swarm chandelier. Kind of reminds me of the musician Flying Lotus. Love suspended sculptures like this.
