I love those statistics that put the rate of something in a very specific time frame.
How many children are born every year, month, or day? What should my youth ministry budget look like next year and to spend it well, how much do I have to spend this semester or month? How much time do you invest in a blog a day, a month, or an individual post?
We now have a post on how frequently people contribute to several different social media networks.
Let me say that no two social networks are equal.
To not skew the results, I want to note that this does not tell how many people are doing it, how many people are inactive, or the rate of resharing of any of the items. This does not constitute reach of material or impact a single post could have, just a snapshot of a social network in a single minute.
Which social media networks do you invest in?

Fascinating– I wonder, though, how the numbers stack up, particularly with Twitter and FB, when cross-posting is factored in to the mix.

No formal studies on that that I know of yet… too many variables.

No G+… not enough user engagement. What’s your Pinterest handle?
