Eric Dye posted this blog in January titled Brand Logos According to a 5 Year Old Girl [Video]
Watch it first, then let me Jesus Juke it.

Isn’t it amazing that from a very early age, we start formulating an impression and opinion about branding. I played this video for my daughters. I turned down the sound, covered up the brand names and let them shout out their thoughts. They’re pretty sheltered, but they did an impressive job of picking out what they were.
This started convicting me about what I am communicating. When people look at me, what is their reaction?
What does my personal branding tell about me? When someone encounters me, what do they immediately think? Am I confident? Am I honest? What about my personal appearance? Am I helpful? Am I negative? Am I a team player or am I an individual?
But most importantly, how am I representing God? Do I recognize Him as creator and see others as His creation? We ultimately represent Him. Are we doing it the way that we should?
We start forming opinions and impressions on everything we come into contact with from a very early age. We need to make sure that we remember that those around us are watching us and creating these opinions and impressions. We need to make sure that the branding of our lives speaks loud and clear to those who we serve daily.
Speak your mind...
