    I saw a similar cartoon recently (but less detailed, it was only two slides) but it posed the question “which dystopia are we in/heading towards”. I would guess that the truth is more complex that both are really what we are being controlled by. That Governments seek to use pleasure and pain as control mechanisms.
    (I really should read Brave new world)

    Great strip. I’m especially amused by the artist taking that image of Big Brother on the screen from the famous “1984” Superbowl commercial for – wait for it – Apple.
