Imagine this scenario:
You just moved to a new town and you are looking for a new church home. You do a Google search to find churches in your area. They have a decent website and some nice graphics. You go to their staff page to see what kind of people are working at this church. As soon as the page loads, you are immediately turned off by how unprofessional or un-photogenic the staff photos are.
We don’t want this to happen. Ever.
If you have ever found yourself in charge of taking staff photos for your church, you should definitely watch this video by Peter Hurley. While the video is not geared specifically for the church, we can learn from his tips and take better staff photos.

Great find! Love the guy’s attitude, definitely a good watch, and makes me think even about when I shoot photos of my family! Put the forehead out!
