Passion is one of those groups that helps to drive the creative conversation in Church music. I appreciate that. A lot.
I appreciate music that comes out of a church that can be used by the Church. As a pastor, that’s exactly what you want for your church. You want music that’s part of the cultural discourse without having to use songs that were definitely not written with corporate worship in mind.
Passion’s latest album Follow You Anywhere is just another example of their ability to craft songs in a local church context that also work in the larger Church context, or, most likely, when you’re in the car on the way to work.
