Facebook’s IPO is the latest tech news to hit the world news and it is making a huge splash. But the question many critics of Facebook have is if it is worth all of the buzz. Similar to Google, Facebook will be making the majority of it’s money off of advertisements, but recent news has come out that it might not be going as successful as it would initially have appeared.

Do you think facebook could ever run an affiliate program outside of their own website like google adsense? If they could, that would certainly help them make a dent into the difference i would think

They actually already are… but their current public battle with advertising (as stated in the revised IPO) is mobile advertising. If they get that, then they will have the key to making money!
