Imagine if Dropbox lost over 27,000 of your files?
What would you expect them to do?
How would you like them to respond?
Dropbox lost, deleted, erased, mishandled, 27,000+ of Kenny Jahng’s files and he was disappointed—rightfully so—of how Dropbox has handled the situation. Kenny talks about some of the details surrounding Dropbox’s #EPIC #FAIL, how they handled it, and what the Church can learn from Dropbox’s unhuman response.

Kenny Jahng
As always, we love hearing from Kenny Jahng. He’s been featured on the ChurchMag Foundry, the ChurchMag Spotlight, as well as interviews about online church communion and awesome church marketing.
It’s unfortunate what’s happened to Kenny and it should make us all pause and think about how we backup our files and keep them safe. Hopefully Dropbox will follow-up with good news or at least communicate something beyond what they’ve done so far.
You can follow Kenny on Twitter, read his blog, and look forward to seeing him on another ChurchMag Foundry.
(As mentioned on the podcast, here’s a link to the video: Can We Autocorrect Humanity?)
What do you think about how Dropbox has handled the situation?
