Your Bible serves as the anchor of your life and an important symbol of your faith. Today’s Bible is more than the large, coffee table book your grandparents displayed. Available in most any language, translation and size, the Bible is even downloadable to your computer or sized to fit in your palm. Whether you listen to Scripture online or carry a favorite volume with you, give your personal Bible a facelift when you dress it up.
Decorative Covers
Dress up a plain Bible with a personalized decorative cover. Available in many colors, canvas or leather Bible covers use a zipper to protect your book from moisture and dirt. For avid note takers, organizational cases include ample pockets for pens, highlighters and notepads. If you prefer to read from a large-print version or a pocket-sized edition, specialty-sized covers are available to protect your book’s pages from damage.
Personalize your Bible cover with a modest, elaborate or specifically masculine/feminine design that fits your personality and style. Make your cover unique with a monogram, cross or even camouflage fabric. Whichever style you choose, most Bible readers agree a case is necessary to protect and dress up your favorite book.
Digital Bibles
For a more modern twist and hand-held accessibility, download a digital Bible using your Kindle, Nook, iPad or personal computer. Access a simplified child’s version, an encouraging women’s devotional or an in-depth study version from the convenience of your digital media. Students, lay leaders, pastors and everyday believers benefit from modern technology that gives them instant and convenient access to God’s word.
Audio Bibles
The audio Bible brings Scripture to life and meets the needs of today’s busy believers. If you are looking for an additional way to update your Bible, invest in an audio Bible, which will allow you to listen to God’s word while performing other tasks as varied as driving, housecleaning or knitting.
The GoBible Voyager includes interactive screens. Access any portion of Scripture or bookmark your favorite passages. Use the index to find a specific topic or verse quickly. Newer versions even allow users to record additional resources like inspirational songs, sermons or devotional books. Especially useful for visually impaired believers, audio Bibles are also great gifts for those who want to relax while listening to inspirational words.
No matter the format or cover you choose, you want quick access to the book that strengthens your faith. Personalize your Bible in affordable style and retain your ability to be inspired and comforted.

Quick tip, a medium size bible case/cover is the *perfect* size for an iPad!!! I got a £8.99 for my one and it looks like a really nice and case and costs a lot less than a ‘proper’ iPad one. (And as I have four Bible apps on there, I think it counts!)

I use the You version App on my iphone/ipad which gets me a multitude of translations, I actually do not have a paper bible in my house anymore as I have given them all to family members/friends who otherwise wouldn’t have a bible at all…
Peter Saddington says
Apps are great these days… though I’m still partial to wanting to write notes (physically)

I have tried many different Bible apps on my iPad and iPhone. I really love OliveTree’s Bible Reader. They now have free applications for the Mac and Windows in addition to the mobile offering. I enjoy the ability to set bookmarks, see Strong’s lookups with one touch and keep my bookmarks all in sync between them all. Every time someone shows up on Sunday with a new iPad I point them to OliveTree. I am finding that I am using my Logos a lot less with the simplicity of Bible Reader.
