On the ninth day of ChurchMag’s Twelve Days of Christmas (learn more), I want to talk to you about a dynamic organization that is doing all they can to abolish injustice in the 21st century.
They are fighting against modern slavery, they are fighting against human trafficking.
The A21 Campaign
The A21 Campaign wasn’t established to only educate for the goal of prevention, protect and rebuild those that are rescued, or strengthen our legal systems to better handle human trafficking.
No, The A21 Campaign is doing all of this, and they’re not alone in their endeavor:
“We partner with local law enforcement, service providers, and community members to meet a comprehensive set of needs for those rescued from bondage. We aim to strengthen every aspect of anti-trafficking efforts so together we can see injustice abolished.”
If this is the first time you’ve heard much about human trafficking, I encourage you to take some time and get the facts on this vital issue.
This Christmas
There are a number of ways you can become involved and support The A21 Campaign. You can become a voice, take action and volunteer or intern. If you want to do more than just donate this Christmas, you may want to consider making some purchases from their online store, too! You can also purchase products in bulk which is a cool idea for youth groups or churches who would like to worth together to spread the message of The A21 Campaign.
