The image for this week’s Snack Pack, is some sort of sandwich, I don’t know what it is but I was hungry when I chose it. Don’t worry I chose everything else in the Snack Pack carefully.
I pretty much always have a link to a Colossal post in the Snack Pack, because I love the creativity that drips from each and every one. This week I’m sharing this albeit slightly-less-new item in the Colossal Shop: The 1000-Piece Full Moon Puzzle. Three things: round puzzle, so many pieces, and how amazing is that once completed?
The anatomy of annoying, made me smile this week.
We Are Guests In Our Patients’ Lives, is an article by Jeremy, talking about the differences between pastors and counselors.
Let’s not compare ourselves to others this weekend, and every weekend.

May I not punish myself for failing to be the image of perfection my adaptive mind has constructed success to be. I, right now, am an unforeseen miracle of Existence… and to deny that is the original sin at the heart of all destruction. . . . #spiritualpractice #soulformation #centeringprayer #holdontolove #spiritualformation #spiritualdirection #visiodivina #visualprayer #visualprayers #loveyourself #acceptthegiftofyourself #prayersfordepression

Your story is worth telling: Over the next few weeks, I am going to be sharing a bit more about different ways to tell your story, especially creatively. I truly believe that we all have something to say that can help someone else see something in a new way. I’m not the first person on the internet to say “your story matters” and I hope I’m not the last. I hope that I can just be one person on your journey to remind you to: keep telling your story. Keep writing in your journal. Keep being open and transparent. Keep letting your friends know they are not alone by telling the story of the mountains you climbed. Keep writing poetry. So today, I’ve started a project on @hitrecord for you to tell your story through poetry. The project is called “Hidden Poetry.” How it works: I’ve created three different poetry prompts that involve a series of questions. After you answer the questions, backspace the questions and then, the hidden poem is revealed. This is a technique I use in my own poetry and I hope you will enjoy it. You don’t have to be an artist/creative to join in, and if you are, you might this as a new source of inspiration! I’m going to writing poems within the challenge and then, I’m going to select poems that you have selected to make art from—and you can do the same! So yes, here’s to telling our story more and more. Here’s to remembering that in this ever-crowded world, despite the noise, we all have something to say. I love to be able to create but I am just as passionate about helping others do the same. I wouldn’t be making any of this today had it not been for the people in my life who reminded me that I had something to say. And I just hope to be that for at least one other person. Link is in the bio. Come join me in creating Hidden Poetry!
Your story is worth telling.
User: How do I remove fingerprint login from my laptop?
IT: Here's instructions.
User: That was easy! Now, I don't know my password and I've always just logged in with my fingerprint. How do I change my password?
IT: We should have discussed that before I sent the instructions

May my grief and struggle
be, in some way,
a gift to the world around me.
May my whole life
be an offering.

What makes the temptation of power so seemingly irresistible? Maybe it is that power offers an easy substitute for the hard task of love.
It seems easier to be God than to love God, easier to control people than to love people, easier to own life than to love life.

As always, do you have a link that you would like for me to include in a future Church Tech Snack Pack? Send it to me!
