Church Tech Snack Pack #212

November 16, 2018
by Allison Dye

Thanksgiving is next Thursday (WHAAAT?!) so this Snack Pack has obviously got some turkey in it, but we’ve also got some origami lava, bread faces, and some tributes to Stan Lee.

These Cartoonish Bread Faces and Other Wheaty Characters are proof that playing with your food can be an art form.

Have you seen this Origami Lava Pouring from the Window of an Abandoned Building? It made me think of Minecraft because that’s the only place I have personally experienced lava flowing out of a hole.

Pixelated Glitches Interrupt Paintings, making chickens heads and bunches of bananas appear to be out of an 8-bit video game.

Thanksgiving is coming up next week and if you’re in the States– maybe you or your church could use some of these 18 Thanksgiving Social Media and Blogging Ideas for Your Ministry or even some of these Free Thanksgiving Social Media Images.

Amazon and Whole Foods extend Prime deals to Thanksgiving turkeys. So, in other words, Amazon will help you do your Thanksgiving grocery shopping.

This Pregnant Turkey Prank video is hilarious and it definitely had me questioning where baby turkeys come from.

Stan Lee was not only one of America's favorite Comic Book Writers, but also a WW2 Veteran. He was a real Super Hero. pic.twitter.com/fTc46wUZ0w

Today we lost one of our favorite Super Heroes— Stan Lee. pic.twitter.com/f3CrhFOOY5

At Marvel, "the only things we DON'T have room for are hatred, intolerance and bigotry. That man next to you? He's your brother. That woman over there? She's your sister."#RIP #StanLee

So many wonderful moments with Stan came spontaneously. As we were setting up the camera one day, he casually started talking about his fans. We know how much Stan meant to you, and we thought it would be nice for you to hear how much your support meant to him. pic.twitter.com/WTX8U1afLm

Now, I’m crying guys.

Me, waiting for @Fallout 76 to arrive, today. pic.twitter.com/rWUdu0OGQM

Fallout 76 released this week so that was important at my house.

This made me smile.
