Remember when Google was simple? Always handy stuff, but they dizzy me lately. A lot of what they’re doing (or maybe the breadth of their products) is overwhelming to me.

Agreed.
Couple that with the fact that many products and services of theirs have been disolved or integrated with others, only adds to the confusion.

It would be interesting if they developed distinct brands using Google Accounts rather than “Google ________”. I’m glad YouTube is not called Google Video. It’s distinct and I can wrap my head around that as easy as anything else.
