Christmas is getting closer and closer – eek!
With just a little over a week away, one Sunday service, and probably a candlelight service, you may be in need of a few resources to help fill the gaps.
Here’s what we have:
2015 ChurchMag Press Christmas Resources
I was really hoping we would have more this year – hopefully we’ll have more next year. 😀
And even if you don’t use these this year, you might want to snag them up for next year, since I’m not sure if these same resources will be available.
Carols by Candlelight
ChurchMag Staff Writer Phil Schneider is sharing this free resource that his church is using.
“Every year, on the Sunday evening before Christmas, we have a night of Christmas carols, by candlelight. Two years ago, we started to tie this night into our Christmas sermon series and brought in an over-arching theme. Last year, we used the themes of Advent to great success, and we immediately thought that we should share this resource with others.”
You download it – for free – from ChurchMag Press.
WhyChristmas.com Nativity Pack
James Cooper, the Christmas expert behind WhyChristmas.com (and ChurchMag author), has released some digital assets free for you to use.
This download includes a 37 page PDF comic book style telling of the Christmas story, a 6 page Christmas Story Magazine PDF, and 40 PNG image files used to create the before-mentioned PDFs.
These are great for creating PowerPoint presentations, sure, but they’re also great for all kinds of Sunday School applications – even if you just printed them out to cut and paste as a craft.
You can download it – for free – from ChurchMag Press.
Candles – Stock Images
These 54, high resolution, royalty free images from photographer and ChurchMag Staff Writer Chris Wilson are here just in time for Christmas!
Treat yourself to this full set of professional photos that can be used any way that you like – for only $12.
You can purchase and download these from ChurchMag Press.
