Clients.
They are the life-blood of freelancers.
When push comes to shove, they sign the check.
They ask, you deliver.
Some think everything you touch is gold. Which is TOTALLY awesome!
Some ask for a few tricky things, maybe even change their mind on something. No problem. It’s fun to take a few tough turns.
A few will break you. These are commonly known as, “challenging clients.”
As much as you may want to “hate” challenging clients, it’s these clients that make you stronger.
If it wasn’t for the challenges they bring, you would not be able to serve any of your clients at the level that you can, today. If it wasn’t for these visionary or difficult people, you would not be as equipped for your next project as you are now. It is the challenging client that will push you past your limit, and into growth.
Thank God for the challenging clients.

This one stopped me in my tracks today.
Some projects just don’t go as well and sometimes you really have to work things out with clients.
Been trying to live this one out over last couple of weeks.
Great thoughts!

It’s good to know we’re not alone. Thanks for commenting, Mark. 🙂
