Bible Screen: Streaming Bible Screen Art

Bible Screen: Streaming Bible Screen Art

If your church or ministry uses a projector or big TVs you might well display video loops and things on them as well as using them during services, etc.

But those loops can get a bit samey (and can cost). How’s about some great free Bible Art animations that area amazingly easy to use and work on just about everything? Well, I’ve found some!

Bible Screen

Bible Screen is a great and free service from the good people who make Logos Bible Software. If the computer connected to your visual system is also on the net, just open up the Bible Screen site, hit play and the fullscreen buttons and you’re good to go!

The animations are slick and eye-catching and you get a new verse every 15-20 seconds (depending on how long the verse is). There’s the odd ident for Bible Screen, but hey it’s free and their service…

The only slight downside is the backing music – it’s normally classical of some kind. I like many types of classical music, but some of the choices on Bible Screen are well, interesting! So you might prefer to hit mute and play some music of your own choice in the background instead!

As well as the Bible Screen website, they also offer the service on a Roku channel, there are apps for iOS (which works great over Air-Play and an Apple TV!), Android and Windows 8 and a group on Faithlife (also a Logos product) where they offer files for Digital photo frames.

And if you’re old school, you can even purchase a DVD with two hours of Bible art!

Find all the links to all the downloadable options on the Bible Screen website.

I’m going to be using Bible Screen at my church – why not give it a try at yours (or your home)!

Have you used Bible Screen? Do you know of any other great Bible Art/Animations?
