Creating an Android app could hardly be any easier than this.
In just a few easy steps, your newly created app can be used personally, downloaded to distribute it yourself, or uploaded to the Android Market (with a Publisher account with Google).
It’s simple.
All you do is clip any web content or grab any web widget and convert it to an app in just two easy steps.
When the web content changes or updates, so does the app. It’s web content re-mixed and wrapped up in a nice Android package.

Hmm interesting so at least for now it is free as their way to try to get you to use their ad network, also they offer consulting services at $50 an hour.
Here is a test app of churchm.ag that i made really quick http://www.appsgeyser.com/church+mag.apk

Also they won’t pay you for your ads if you do not get 5,000 daily installs.
Eric Dye says
Nothings completely free, eh.
Leah Goodman says
Hi Eric,
We’ve determined that the clickthrough rate on advertisements is so low that revenue-sharing only becomes practical when the app has achieved that level of installations (5000/day). The service is free, and we plan to keep it free, so the ads on the app have to support our business too.
