I’m all about functionality and when it comes in a pretty package then I’m all over it.
Sequel Pro, a MySQL database manager for OS X 10.5 is a perfect example, and might just be something you’ll want to look into, especially since many of us run MySQL-driven websites (like WordPress!).
Check out these pretty screenshots:
Have you tried this yet? Do you use any other apps for MySQL management?
I’d love to try them if you’ve got them.

I’ve been using this for a while with one of my clients databases… LOVE IT, simple but powerful.

It’s a great tool. I like it much more than the the MySQL query browser. Use nearly daily to develop SQL to use in reporting tools and for general db queries.

Tha’s cool I’m going to give it a try. They call it pro, but it’s free right?

mysql workbench http://wb.mysql.com/ is another great tool. It has a decent data model visualization side as well.

Wow, that’s a far cry from phpMyAdmin!

Totally agree. I was using phpMyAdmin prior to this little gem. Connected easily to our remote databases and works like a charm.
