We need another shop, of course, so it makes sense for us to make a fishing shop. While we create this, Jeremy talks about the theology concept of faith without works.
Here are the verses shared in the video:
What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
– James 2:14-17

This week, we head to the snow biome so we can get ready to work on a more permanent base of operations. We also talk about what it means to have faith in the midst of trials.
Here are the verses shared in the video:
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
– James 1:2-8

Time to go explore and get some snow for our new house, all while talking about what it means to let God be in control.
Here are the quote and verses shared in the video:
“Of all spiritual disciplines prayer is the most central because
it ushers us into perpetual communion with the Father.”
– Richard Foster
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
– Isaiah 41:10
