Tracking your site’s performance is just as important (if not more important) than getting the darn site up and running initially. In fact, it’ll prove your investment and return (which could either end in heartbreak or something just south of the second coming…).
Although many ministries might not find a need to track and monitor their ministry site’s performance on a mobile device there’s enough reason out there to do it.
Here are 5 Apps that I’ve found that do a good job:
Network Ping
Network Ping is a free app and test tool for debugging network issues on a LAN.
You can do funky stuff like ping a single IP, a subnet, do a traceroute, bust out a telnet console, and more.
It’s definitely not the prettiest of things but it’ll do a good job.
Check it out.
Mint Stats
Mint Stats App is based on the popular Mint Analytics software app available here at HaveAMint.com.
It’s widely used and a robust application for your needs.
In this iPhone app you’re able to hourly stats for views and uniques, manage multiple sites, and more.
It’s a pretty app and will make you smile. It might even make you want a mint.
… dumb joke. Ok. Moving on…
Analytics App
This is one of the more robust apps available: Analytics App.
It’s essentially an app for Google Analytics and so you can get all of your kicks on a mobile device.
It’s not free though so just FYI.
Supports multiple logins, accounts, a nice dashboard, and more.
This is well worth the price if you’re a GA junkie.
Ego App
This app is both available for the iPhone and iPad: Ego App.
It’s the most pretty app of them all.
It tracks Ember, Feedburner, Google Analytics, Mint, Squarespace, Twitter, and Vimeo.
Track them all in one nice dashboard. It’s not free though, just you’ll have to spend some coin.
Analytics Pro
This app is pretty robust too: Analytics Pro.
And, it doesn’t look half-bad either. It’s another Google Analytics app and can do what you probably expect it to do.
So, am I missing any?

Nice overview. I was definitely hoping you put Ego in just because of it’s prominence, cool & useful list.

Not sure if you’re missing any. I’ve been using EGO on my iPhone to track stats. I’ve been liking it. Simple and elegant.
