Seth says:
A statement of fact is insufficient and often not even necessary to persuade someone of your point of view.
It turns out, “Just the facts, ma’am” should not be the center of your marketing plan. You can tell your reader, listener, viewer — potential donor — all the facts about how many starving, thirsty, uneducated children there are in the world, but those facts aren’t enough to move them to give.
They need a story.

Although this isn’t as EPIC in proportion to the Lord of the Rings Collaborative LEGO Project, the detail that was put into this Lord of the Rings LEGO masterpiece is stunning!
Blake Baer and Jack Bittner recreated the ruins of Amon Hen.
They used 20,000 LEGO pieces and about 23 working hours to create this incredible LEGO artwork. It is made up of 6 sections that fit together like a puzzle and weighing about 75 pounds total!
Just look at it!

Many web clients want to pay to have their website built, and never look back.
Try to explain to someone that they need to pay for regular maintenance, and it can become a hard-sell.
This can also be difficult to explain with Churches and non-profits, too. It’s not just enough to have it built, is needs to be maintained.
