This was some of the destruction in Joplin, Missouri.
A number of twisters wrecked through the South this Spring.
As most of us move on, there are thousands of lives that are still struggling and dealing with the effects of such a natural disaster.
It was interesting to see how technology can play in a disaster situation, not only from the news and reporting stand point, but in the aid efforts as well.
Take Fellowship One, for example:
This is just about my favorite topic when it comes to live or studio engineering. In my opinion, getting average sounding drums is easy, but it’s worth putting in the effort as they can absolutely make or break an entire mix. Plus, it’s a really great chance to experiment and get stuck into wondering what might work where, and generally indulge your inner audio-nerd.
