If you haven’t checked out Socialwok, a new social communication and group collaboration tool that leverages your Google Apps account, you need to.

… And I’ve just been using it for 5 minutes.
We’ve just started trying it out at 8BIT and although the verdict isn’t in yet I’m personally excited to see how it can be leveraged effectively.

A funny thing happened to me on my way to iTunes this morning. A friend had mentioned to me that the new Passion: Awakening album that was released on March 9th was worth every penny.

Early adopters and the businesses that create innovative products are easy to criticize because they are simply doing things that aren’t “normal” or accepted.
But the fine line between healthy, constructive criticism and being negative is super-thin. In fact, we here at 8BIT and especially ChurchDrop must balance that fine line consistently because the products that we review are at the “edge” of anything but normal.
I love being funny, sarcastic, and a bit rude just like everyone else does. In fact, on one hand it’s just part of the internet culture that we live in. But I never want to compromise our mission of providing valuable content and creating exceptional value at the cost of limiting or tearing down a business, product, or organization.
It just isn’t worth it.
