8BIT Introduces WordPress News Source: ‘WP Daily’

WP Daily WordPress News blog

WP Daily WordPress News blog

It’s here.

And it’s awesome.

WP DAILY

There is a void that will soon be filled in the WordPress community. A blog for you to subscribe, something to follow on Twitter, a Friend to Facebook, a Google+ to Circle.

It’s called, WP DAILY.

Baked and built by the same team that brought you Standard Theme, 8BIT has launched a new blog that’s all about WordPress:

“Needless to say, we are passionate about WordPress – heck, we make our living and feed our families because of it so we are eternally indebted to the work that was done way before we arrived on the scene and the work still yet to come from the incredible community that surrounds us.”

“We have some neat ideas about how to do this “blog” thing differently though, taking our years of experience and building some innovation on top of it. Sure, there will be news and reviews and your typical fare of good editorial, but we hope to grow a community much bigger than the content.”

Exciting!

We will be keeping an eye on WP DAILY as it unfolds. The category list is very promising:

  • News
  • Events
  • Plugins
  • Themes
  • Podcasts
  • Opinion
  • Apps
  • Goodies
  • Fun

Go check out WP DAILY, leave a comment and give’em a Follow, Friend and Circle. Don’t forget to subscribe, too! You don’t want to miss out on all of this awesome.

I am a blogger, business owner and lover of coffee. I spend most of my time as writer and editor for ChurchMag, but you can also find me working on Live Theme and ChurchMag Press. All while enjoying my family and sipping espresso in Italy.

Are you guys accepting guest posts on WP Daily? Just wondering because I work with WordPress every day too and I feel like I can make some contributions if you guys are accepting :-)

I tried to subscribe via RSS but it looks like there isn’t a feed on Feedburner. Google Reader didn’t pick it up either for some reason when I tried to subscribe to wpdaily.co.
