I'd also add "available". This probably falls under your #2, but obviously someone with a 60 hour/week job and 3 young kids probably wouldn't have the time to create quality content. The other thing I'd add is creative. Coming up with quality content isn't only about being knowledgeable or a good writer, but someone who adds a different voice to the existing ones. Having someone that brings a different perspective or has an alternate style can add to the quality of the blog.

Yes and we must also be releasing and encouraging peeps toward their giftedness. Which, sometimes, could be a long process.

I'm of the persuasion that we should not be filling empty slots in the church, but releasing people to their giftedness. However, in the past I have done other jobs which I didn't enjoy, but I did wholeheartedly. One of them was Awana "Commander"...bleh

Yes. i've thought about it. but, i'm stuck on the typical "money" aspect of it all. I want to give it away for free, but it's going to cost me a bit to get it published and ready.

eh. blogging it costs the people nothing. i like that. and it keeps my ego in check... you know, this "i was published so i'm cool" thing... maybe that's me.

still thinkinga bout it though...!
