Apparently it’s where “culture, innovation, and communication connect.”
Wow. Ok… So…? The “conversation” starts May 29th and the actual event is in October.
I had an opportunity to talk with Dawn Nicole Baldwin the other day about it and apparently it’s going to be an opportunity for innovators and thought-leaders to gather and encourage/challenge one another to new heights.
Essentially, it’s not going to be necessarily for the n00b but for those who are already deep within the space.
I find this intriguing (enough to consider accepting the invitation to speak) yet it gives me a lot more questions than answers. Perhaps the secrecy is part of the overall equation here (more details to come May 18th via Ben Arment and team, who, by the way, is leaving Catalyst!).
If you want some more details you can visit Dawn’s blog post about it or check out Tim Schraeder’s as well.
Do you think there’s a large market out there for innovators to speak to other innovators? I think they’ve got something here, and I’ll be watching it closely.

This could get interesting, especially if it takes the route of being more of an open source conference instead of people talking at people all the time.
i like the idea.
I think you'd be a great speaking addition to this conference. While I've never heard you speak… I've obviously "heard" you type.
