Too crazy. I will have to check out the book. I always like a good read and you are right in the fact that pretty a lot of community management just comes down to managing people and the rest falls in line. My guess is that the person may not have been yelling at you. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they are gently requesting the information.
