		<description>How can you forget your username??  Too crazy.  I will have to check out the book.  I always like a good read and you are right in the fact that pretty a lot of community management just comes down to managing people and the rest falls in line. 
 
My guess is that the person may not have been yelling at you.  I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they are gently requesting the information.  If they cannot remember their username, my guess it that they do not know email etiquette in that all-caps is yelling.  Just a thought. </description>
