Churches always seem to be late adopters to the latest technological advancements, whether it is because of the small budget that simply cannot afford the latest and greatest gadgets, an ultra-conservative interpretation of Paul’s words in Titus that think spending money on technology is poor stewardship, or a simple hate for “the evils of the world.”
But social media has the ability to be an amazing medium for the Church to spread the Gospel, if they do it well.
