The #1 Resource for Church Technology Creativity & New Thinking
Cloversites, which provides websites for churches, has announced the release of a basic analytics and metrics application that runs through their system.
This is a nice addition considering that there wasn’t much reporting previously. You will now be able to view your websites traffic for the past 3 months (and variations) as well as media player usage within the site.

Church Analytics is coming next month and I’m so excited!
We’ve got nearly 50 testers using it right now and so far the feedback has been great. Some ministries, like Hillsong, have already tested it on their Online Campus with some great results!

I had the pleasure of waking up early this morning and watching Hillsong Church BETA test LAUNCH their new online campus (powered by ChurchOnline, LifeChurch.tv’s platform) as well as their use of the new not-yet-released ChurchAnalytics platform.
There were a few “bumps” in the launch as a few people complained about the video not loading propertly but overall it seemed to go well. People loved it, and a few passionate followers of Hillsong were very vocal about how neat this next step in Hillsong’s strategy is being executed.
Take a look at a few of the screenshots captured of the test as well as a video (removed for privacy) of ChurchAnalytics in action:

The temporary landing page for a new real time and live tracking analytics service, ChurchAnalytics, is now up!
We’ve got a month of BETA testing going on right now and we’ll be launching it officially next month.
I couldn’t be more excited!
Make sure you view it in Chrome or Safari for a neat little color-changing effect!
We’ve finished development and design on a somewhat secret and behind the scenes project that I’ve been working on for the past few months: An advanced analytics application for ministries, churches, and pretty much everything else. We imagine this will be perfect for things such as online ministries, conferences, and especially live events.
A few other highlights of this app are:
That’s honestly the tip of the iceberg!
We mentioned the project here and here as well look for an announcement in the coming months.
Excitement is growing!
