There’s nothing that shows the progress of technology than vintage computer ads. We’ve showed you ads form the 1940s and 1950s, today, we’re going to look at the 1960s.
One thing I noticed about these ads in comparison to the 40s and 50s, is the ads from the 60s seem more familiar. Meaning, they seem more like computers.
Some of these will surprise you, while others will just make you laugh.

One of the stories of old computers that I *LOVE* is the Story of Mel the Programmer[0]. It’s a true story too[1]. The computer that Mel worked on was a LGP-30[2].
