There are a number of amazing WordPress plugins available that’ll take a standard little bloggy-blog into a Full CMS; I’ve seen things that have made my head spin!
And they keep getting better and better and better.
A recent plugin that has done that for me is one that transforms WordPress into a simple and robust Technical Support System, complete with dashboard widgets, notifications, and more!

I had honestly never though WordPress would/could be used in this way.
Isn’t it just amazing what plugin and theme designers just manage to turn WP into something it was probably never envisioned to ever do.
I will certainly be trying this out when I get a few hours spare.
Seems like a freelancer’s dream…a good way to keep lots of clients organized so that all are communicating with you using the same system, particularly when the client’s installation has lots of users.
