The platform that you use for blogging can speak a lot about your personality. For example, they say that WordPress is for serious (or those that wannabe serious) bloggers, BlogSpot is for beginners and soccer moms, and Tumblr is for the lazy.
At this point in time, it’s relatively easy to blog on the go. Web-based interfaces or full-on mobile applications make it as easy as they can given the screen constraints.
And up until this point, our lazy Android-based Tumblin’ friends were left out in the cold, but not any more…
The Tumblr application has just been released to Android. I gotta say, I kinda dig the interface – it matches up well against the web-based interface. I’d even go as far as to stay that Tumblr may be perhaps the most mobile-friendly blogging platform there is simply because of the nature of the system.
Either way, any of you out there use Tumblr?
I love this app. It has a terrific set of advanced post options that include most all of the options I use from the web.

I love that it quickly uploads to twitter. Basically use it as a catching basin for whatever is interesting to me on the web.
