		<description>I agree, organizations are extremely behind the curve on technology training.  I think when it comes down to it, they just aren&#039;t seeing time spent on training as valuable.  They first need to see the value in the technology before they are able to see value in the technology.

Those &quot;one or two people&quot; need to band together and continue to bring up the training need and make a strong case for it.</description>
