		<description>A very nice blog...I particularly appreciate the note that the web should not need to replace experiences in real life. I think this is the hang up with online small groups at the present time. They cannot, and should not try to replace the real life experience. perhaps we can connect authentically online, but the online method should not be squeezed into the offline format.  </description>
