I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this is not about our "Christian convenience," it's about missionaries and military folks being better equipped to share and grow. :) He says "It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring my salvation to the ends of the earth." [Isaiah 49:6] “but, don’t you get the practical use on the mission field?”

With everything going on in the world today why do we feel we need a waterproof bible? My persona thought is its just another way to pimp out something for the Christian that wants everything!
