What’s the best way to spread your brand on social media?
It’s something that many ministries and church’s have missed, but many non-profits and humanitarian organizations have capitalized over the last few years.
I understand that spreading your ‘brand’ isn’t the purpose of the church, but getting notice and spreading the gospel is.
The key is:
Imagery
As outlined in the infographic, below, imagery is huge with social media. After all, an image can be worth a thousand words, right?
Take a look at this:

Be sure to note that it isn’t just images that work, it’s the story told with the images.
If you put all the pictures you’ve posted in the last six months, what story would it tell?
The answer to this question should guide you on how exactly how you may need to adjust your social media strategy.

I have read your helpful content and visited your website and I think it is really great.
I have been trying to attract more people to our church for a year and I’m having no
success at it. I am primarily on FaceBook and twitter and on other local sites and
we average about 30 people to our website every 7 days but no one seems to come
or call the church in interest. Also, we don’t have any youtube videos yet because
we just can’t afford the equipment to make videos of our services or my sermons.
Do you have any suggestions for me?

Get out into the real world and out of the virtual. THAT’s when you’ll find stories to tell … in the virtual world. 😀
