Nice thoughts, I am in the process of putting together a redevelopment prop for our website, and I am keen to make sure that we leverage the RIGHT social media sites for our church.

Nice work.

Taking time to re-assess is key. And all the social media stuff is great as long as we are committed to it.

Great post John. Strategy is so easy to talk about and then fail to execute. It's so important in this area. Using social media and online community tools does require more strategy and planning than I'd like to personally admit. Perhaps we can begin to help churches figure out what that "strategy" should look like. As always, thanks for making the conversation possible!
