On social media there is a great deal of &quot;noise.&quot; People tweet/status-update/blog/etc about the most mundane things. Now, I am all about openness and transparency in the ministry. However, just like on the radio, too much noise can greatly interfere with your signal. And this goes both ways (pastor -&gt; parishioner; parishioner -&gt; pastor).
