Thank God for CTRL-C & CTRL-V

There are few things I’m more thankful for than the good ‘ol CTRL-C and CTRL-V… or, if you’re a Mac person, COMMAND-C/V.

And although this is funny I’m actually being quite serious. Imagine how much more work you’d have to do if you didn’t have copy and paste.

Wow. Yeah. Amazing.

Sometimes I want CTRL+Z for the little things.

    Yes.

    Cmd+Z wins.

If I CTRL+CV a lot, I’m doing something wrong. Code duplication smells bad.

I work in information security for our companies mainframes and in-house systems… you’d think in this dept. people would know how to use keyboard shortcuts, but it amazes me how much time many of my coworkers waste by using the menu systems…

    Ctrl-everything wins…
