As people begin to become more social on the internet we as believers need to follow them so we can meet them where they are at. Looking at the internet as a means to reveal Christ and essentially be 'missionaries' is important. A big part of what I think this movement is. This is also an amazing medium for believers to connect and explore new creative ideas to share the gospel and be more effective in ministry. And I love how this blog does an amazing job showing how a simple tool can be used to truly enhance ministry. Keep rockin us with your insights here at ChurchCrunch. I am seeing that I am always thinking inside of the box even when I think I am thinking outside of the box. :)

John, could you elaborate? I would definitely agree with you, but I think we need to describe what we are talking about. We all may sense something, but unless we can describe it in terms of vision, relationship, or content is it truly there?

I see a lot of people making stabs at what Christian community will look like in the 21st century. We have everything from the Orthodox Church to the "Emergent Church." We have full scale social networking sites (Mars Hill - On The City) to the Amish still riding around in buggies. We have wonderful variety in thought and custom, but as the Church and technology intersect we need to understand how we will move forward for the good of the Kingdom.

In short in the next few years, where do we move and why?
