Chris Ames asked a question on the ChurchMag Authors Network the other day:
What will replace social networks?
Good question, right?
Considering the girth of Facebook, the evolution of LinkedIn and the curiosity of Twitter, it really does make you wonder: What’s next?

Slightly dated with the Orkut numbers on there, but you get the idea.
This is the social media boom. Will the bubble burst?

Who says it has to bust? The greatest innovations are the one’s that last. We still use phones. We still drive cars. Social media hasn’t only changed the way we interact with the people we care most about, but also with the companies we do business with. This new dynamic is truly a game changer, and in it’s purest form, won’t be going anywhere. Sure, something may come along to dethrone Facebook, but I find that highly unlikely. Either way, social media isn’t going anywhere, because in reality, this is the way it should have always been. It keeps everyone honest.
