screencasting is a very handy tool, i've seen it used recently by the guy who developed wp sermon browser. That would be cool if you did that. nothing like a little hands on training, or eyes-on in this case.

I've only used Jing and Screenflow, but I really dig the Jing UI and I like that I can record up to 5 minutes of video without having to purchase the software (I don't do long screencasts, so it works just fine for me).
