I’m not sure if Saturday Sunday Share has run its course, or if the edge of Summer has put a damper on things.
Last week’s Saturday Sunday Share was a little … uh … dry?
- Paul Clifford - is on the move!
- Raoul Snyman - did some awesome 3D rendering!
These are two of several other ChurchMag readers that have made Saturday Sunday Share a real delight each and every week. Many of you have shared some great inspiration and encouragement to me and many others.
As we stand on the edge of one full year of Saturday Sunday Shares, where should we go from here?

Ah, I want a some little box people to live in my ukes…
Been busy working on a big survey/report for a client next week – could make the news… (can’t say more than that at the moment)
I also have been designing some sites using the awesome standard 3 preview (can’t wait for the full version to come out!).
And I created and launched: http://churchcookies.co.uk to help UK churches & ministries to get ‘cookie compliant’ (what ChurchMag for more info about it soon!).
You are on fire!!!
Let’s see. Monday, after setting up my home studio I recorded the first week of Church Video Summer School for audio and video. I’ve got the audio edited and I’m working on video. I also booked a place for teaching some classes locally. I continued writing Church Video Summer School and I’ve got lessons for up to Monday. When I finish writing this, I’ll get to the video editing portion of my day and see if I can get even farther ahead in my writing.
How about something on self-publishing, Eric?
My wife is now officially employed, but we’re a little behind until her paychecks start. I’ll take prayers for the short-fall.
Paul
Happy to hear you’ve got a new source of income!!!
My week .. umm, there was not a lot of actions i’ve been into. it’s because i’ve been learning for my finals whole week. I’m taking them at wednesday and I think i’m totaly screwd. I will be defending my bechelor thesis and then have oral exam from matter of all subjects i’ve been studying for 3 years, it will be though, but I hope He helps me and everything will be allright. Despite this, I desperately need some “faith reset”, because i’m fighting (yes, sometime it’s real war :- ) with one sin and i’m more and more tired of this “war”.

Marek.
We’ll all be praying for you man — about ALL of that!!!
It’s been a busy few weeks, but here’s a couple of interesting things:
- Step Back From “The Ledge” post – 103 floors if you dare
- Created a Father’s Day video for tomorrow for our church with a friend who graduated from USC film school (I will post a link when we get it to Vimeo)
- Took several pics of old cemeteries in Freeport, Illinois for my Here Lies photography project on cemeteries from around the globe. I hope to release a volume one ebook sometime before the end of summer
Here’s the video link I promised for Father’s Day video – https://vimeo.com/44219542 – I welcome any feedback. This was a new concept we tried.
This was great.
Dang! “The Ledge” is EPIC!
I’ve had a blog post brewing for ages, and at last I decided it was finished, and posted “Understanding the Open Source Movement”[0] on my blog last week.
Additionally, this past weekend most of the core guys from OpenLP[1] got together and we had a Google+ Hangout. It was pretty cool. We’re thinking of hosting a live Q&A sometime with On Air Hangouts.

Love the last line of your post:
“All of these factors- the history, the community, the philosophy and the definition- lead toward open source software becoming a movement, rather than just a set of free applications.”
Thanks
Last week I didn’t get any blogging done (again) but I did do some photography. I was travelling with a couple of friends i’m in a ministry team with. We decided to take the ministry team mascot with us and take some fun photos of it at the landmarks we visited. We might use some of the shots in ministry promotional/recruiting materials. i’ve put some of the better pictures online at http://pinterest.com/carlitodellama/my-adventures/
I hope Saturday Sunday Share continues. It’s nice to have somewhere to get feedback and is interesting to see what other people are working on
These pictures are AMAZING — LOL!
