What’s the Saturday-Sunday Share?
You’ve spent all week, working, tweaking, building, breaking and creating.
- Blood. Maybe.
- Sweat. Possibly.
- Tears. Yes.
It was a hard fought battle, and sometimes you don’t know if you won or lost.
The Saturday-Sunday Share is a place for you to share your work.
Work of all shapes and sizes!
- Code
- Plugins
- Websites
- Graphic art
- Paintings
- Posts
- Etc …
If it’s a category on ChurchMag, and it’s your work, share it!
This is a place for you to encourage, inspire, and if you want, critique!
Simply drop-off your URL, and description as necessary, and we will all come take a look.
You can show-off and pop-a-wheely, or ask the ChurchMag community for their opinion.
If you visit someone’s piece of work, be sure to leave a comment for them too. 😉
Well, ChurchMags, show us what you’ve got!

This is week three of a 3-week miniseries called “Elemental” – each week we created a new stop-animation piece that told the story of people as they learn about Christ, and then go share their story in the world. There are two other videos that compliment this one:
Week 1: http://churchtechstuff.com/watch.php?id=23
Week 2: http://churchtechstuff.com/watch.php?id=22
The team I work with is awesome, and they did a fantastic job on this one!

This week I haven’t produced much new content for my online projects. I’ve mostly been tinkering with design and graphics.
I completely changed the layout on joannamuses.com. Not sure that it is quite how I want it. The banner probably needs some further work. I’m also not sure if there is too much use of gradients. Thoughts?
I’ve only just started with cheapnonfiction.com. I got annoyed that I couldn’t find anywhere listing listing just cheap non-fiction kindle books- most similar sites deal heavily in fiction ebooks. I decided that maybe I should be the one to make it for other people to benefit from. I’m thinking it would be good to keep the layout fairly clean and uncluttered. Will keep playing with the layout a bit.
Eric Dye says
Not too much gradients. Very smooth look!
As for cheapnonfiction … GREAT concept!
Marcus Williamson says
Cools on both Joanna. Get after it 🙂

This week I helped a mate from church get an online presence with an about.me profile: http://about.me/adrianhayward (he’s going to be the church ‘computer fixing guy’ for pcs now – I’ll do the macs!)
I’ve also been working on a ‘very’ html5 wordpress theme that I’m hoping to use as a base for church sites using wordpress (that’s a big project that’s in the works). Bit confusing but fun learning all about , s and s! I used the wonderful http://html5doctor.com/ as my main resource. I hope to have a demo up soon.
And this morning I ordered a Ukulele from ebay!!! 😉
Eric Dye says
Great about.me site!
Be sure to shoot us the link when you have the Church website demo up, for sure!
