It’s amazing how we continue to do so much great and transformative work on less-than-bleeding-edge hardware.
It’s always an amazing reminder how we really do trust in God for the things that we do (and the results) and not the things we use to accomplish them.
Although… I still like having the newest gear available, and yes, there is wisdom is having updated gear if it takes an hour to encode a 15-second vid.
*sigh*
But if you don’t need that 15s vid immediately then bleeding edge is not necessary.
I love finding ways to re-use / re-utilise old tech. And invariably there’s always someone around that will be grateful for it.
