One of the best things you can do for your blog is to use it as a platform for other people. Empowering others and giving opportunities to speak is, I think, part of our responsibility as believers.
There are too many ministry blogs out there (especially for organizations and churches) that are more like a digital pulpit than a conversation. It’s like a sermon from the same guy on Sunday but on a blog.
What if you were to really give up your blog as a communication piece for others? What if you gave them the autority to speak on behalf of you and your organization?
Do it, in wisdom, but be courageous and daring. Your students (and congregation) want a chance to speak and have valuable insights, experiences, and wisdom to share with the rest.
Build them up and you’ll build up your blog. You may actually learn a thing or two as well.

Agreed!
I usually leave a hanging question for readers to think and react. i also had a post about shraing testimony dedicated for readers to speak out and share. it became my most commented post so far.
This kind of goes back to creating community. When everyone's thoughts are valued, people contribute more. And it's great to have that conversation with new people you've never met before.
I agree.
I did a guest post on a friend's blog that will be posted soon! It's a bible study on a certain passage. I'm thinking about doing a series on my blog and opening it up to some guest bloggers. More information on that soon.
