		<description>I found myself &quot;in charge&quot; of building a social media plan for our startup church. The things they want are a good website (almost done), Our current website was done by a former church member who took all the source files with him. I am having to start from scratch which is turning out to be a good thing! a Face Book Page (working on it) and a twitter group (in process also). Sometimes I feel like I&#039;m herding cats. 		<description>wow, that&#039;s a solid tip right there... one that I haven&#039;t really pushed out so hard, but worth noting... i&#039;ve found that education is the vast majority of our efforts, especially in the ministry space.  it makes sense that it would apply elsewhere.</description>
