NewSpring Leadership Conference is All About Patterns!

This is just how I think, ok? So, if you’ve got a few seconds to burn then follow me down this rabbit hole for a second…

So, here are a few things I noticed with the above image:

  • 6 men.
  • 6 collars.
  • 3 of them have haircuts that align there hair in a faux-hawk.
  • 3 of them don’t have faux-hawks.
  • 3 of them have glasses. All on the right side.
  • 3 of them don’t have glasses.
  • 3 of them are smiling so you can see teeth.
  • 3 of them have facial hair.
  • 1 looks like he’s a bit unsure of what’s going on.
  • 1 looks sincerely happy.
  • 1 looks like he’s just finish laughing about a bad joke.
  • 1 looks bored.
  • 1 of them has no hair.
  • 1 of them is asian.
  • 0 women.

That’s all folks.

This isn’t a commentary on anyone’s character, personality, or even what I think about them and/or the conference.  This is simply my stupid observations of the website.

Should be a good conference. Check it out here!

I think the designer is just a very symmetrical person. Likes Balance. =)

I wonder what order the photos would be in if they didn’t have to be alphabetical?

I asked a whole different set of questions…but I see where you are going. Seems like the trinity is being represented well here, 3 in 1 the number 7

Actually no number 7, the number 6, so maybe the battle is between good and evil, one side (which ever side you want) is going up against the other side. Good vs Evil, who will win? You will have to go to the conference to find out.

You have no idea how much it pained me that Furtick’s shoulders in his headshot are so low, but you work with what you’ve got.

Also, I think there’s a big difference between symmetry and balance. A design can be balanced and completely asymmetrical—in fact, most of the interesting ones are. Symmetry is easy; balance takes much more skill.

Nice to see some more representation from the North West other than Mark Driscol. Judah Smith is a great speaker.

    Actually 4 have facial hair. (and 2 don’t) ;)
