The Microsoft XBox 360 has become more than just a gaming system, but a home entertainment unit for families that want to cut the cord from cable companies and use online content distributors like Hulu Plus and Netflix. This summer, Microsoft is planning to announcement some big details about the next iteration of their Xbox lineup, but one feature we already know about: IlluminRoom.
Microsoft’s XBox IlluminRoom is a technology integrated with the Xbox and Kinect system to make your experience more than just what is on your television screen. Using a projector that has been setup in the room, you can now experience a whole new level of gaming. What applications does this have for the Church? Presentations will be bigger and better and youth group game nights can be amazing.
Check out the video below for more details on the idea behind IllumiRoom.

Amazing, isn’t it?

This looks pretty awesome dude. I saw Dustin post the newest box updates and they look awesome too.
I was thinking about this the other day but not in context to this, but this furthers my thought that…what if sermons were more expressive and used this concept? I know that Camron Ware from Visual Worshiper rocks this very well and it would be coola to see how this could expand out to sermons and worship in general.
