I'm always pushing for us to build our micro sites on WP. We have a couple, like <a href="http://www.biblestudymagazine.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Bible Study Magazine</a> that are built with plain-ole-html and I continually ask myself, "Why isn't this in WP?!?!?" As for RefTagger, we really wish WP would add it to wp.com. There are lots of folks asking for it, but getting a plugin passed into wp.com is no easy task!
